Call center dialers in Israel, 2026: a comparison

    Comparisons8 min readPublished

    TL;DR

    • The Israeli market offers four kinds of dialing solution: a dialer that comes with a cloud PBX, a full contact center platform with voice bots, a global dialer built for sales teams, and a dialer that combines a real-time AI assistant with call analysis.
    • The first question is not which vendor but which kind: what is your floor's main problem, call volume, call quality or the telephony itself.
    • Voicenter and Voipe offer a dialer as part of a cloud PBX, VoiceSpin offers a contact center platform with an AI dialer and a voice bot, and Saleso Live combines a smart dialer with an AI assistant that whispers to the rep in Hebrew during the call.
    • Everything said here about vendors comes from the material they publish. Before deciding, ask each vendor for a pilot on your own leads and reps.

If you look for a call center dialer in Israel, you quickly find that "dialer" covers very different products: from a feature inside a cloud PBX to a platform that dials, whispers to the rep and analyzes every call. This comparison does not rank vendors by logo. It maps the four kinds of solution on the market, says who each fits, and gives familiar examples of each. Full disclosure: we are Saleso, and one of the kinds is ours. We have tried to describe all of them fairly, based on what the vendors themselves publish.

Kind 1: a dialer inside a cloud PBX

Most Israeli cloud PBX providers offer a dialer as a module of the PBX. The advantage is clear: one vendor for telephony, numbers and dialing, on the infrastructure the floor already runs. Voicenter, for example, describes on its site an auto-dialer that sets the dialing pace from the expected answer rate, the number of agents in the campaign and the number of simultaneous calls. Voipe lists a dialer with preview, progressive and predictive modes that connects to contact lists and the CRM.

Fits: a floor whose main problem is infrastructure and volume, that wants one telephony vendor for the whole office, and that manages call quality with other tools or manual QA.

Kind 2: a full contact center platform with bots

Contact center platforms combine outbound dialing, inbound routing, extra channels such as WhatsApp, and sometimes voice bots that handle some calls on their own. VoiceSpin, a company founded in Israel, presents an AI dialer for outbound sales and a voice bot for service, and appears in Fireberry's solution catalog. Fits: large floors, especially ones that combine service and sales and want to automate some of the simple calls. Check the time to go live and how much configuration it takes.

Kind 3: a global dialer for sales teams

International dialing tools built for SDR teams in America and Europe. They are usually strong on global CRM integration and on interface, but an Israeli floor should check three things: Israeli outbound numbers and local call quality, connection to Israeli CRMs such as Fireberry and Origami, and above all Hebrew: every capability that relies on transcription, from call summaries to an AI assistant, depends on accuracy in spoken Hebrew, where most global tools are weak.

Kind 4: a dialer with a real-time AI assistant and call analysis

This kind is built around what happens inside the call, not only how many calls there are. Saleso Live, also known in Hebrew as Call Cannon (תותח שיחות), dials automatically in the browser and passes the rep answered calls only, prioritizes leads, builds dialing strategies with AI and manages rotating numbers and statuses. During the call, an AI assistant transcribes Hebrew in real time and whispers objection answers to the rep, ticks a checklist and answers questions. When the call ends, the summary is written to the CRM, and the analysis layer (Saleso IQ) reviews 100% of calls. Fits: sales floors of 10 to 500 seats where volume is no longer the only problem, and where there is a gap between the best rep and the rest.

    You can also combine them

The kinds do not necessarily compete. A floor on a cloud PBX can keep it for inbound calls and office telephony, and add a call analysis layer on top that reviews every call. Saleso's real-time AI assistant rides on Saleso's dialer, so it requires dialing through it; call analysis also works on existing telephony.

How to choose: three questions before you call vendors

    • What is the core problem: not enough calls, calls that do not close, or telephony that does not work? Each answer points to a different kind.
    • Which metric will decide success: net talk time per rep, meetings booked, or close rate. Set it before the demo, not after.
    • How fast do you need to go live, and who will do the work: you or the vendor.

Once you have chosen a kind, the 14 questions for a dialer vendor are the checklist for vendor calls, and the pilot guide explains how to decide on real data.

    Frequently asked questions

Which dialer is recommended for a call center in Israel?

It depends on the floor's problem. A floor that mainly needs telephony and dialing can settle for a cloud PBX dialer such as Voicenter or Voipe. A large floor combining service, sales and bots will look at a contact center platform such as VoiceSpin. A sales floor that also wants better calls, with an AI assistant in Hebrew and automatic CRM summaries, will look at Saleso Live.

What is the difference between a PBX dialer and a dialer with an AI assistant?

A PBX dialer handles the dialing itself: pace, numbers, routing and recording. A dialer with an AI assistant adds what happens inside and after the call: real-time whispers to the rep, a checklist, a summary written to the CRM and analysis of every call.

Can we keep our current PBX and add Saleso?

Yes. Saleso's call analysis connects to existing telephony and reviews 100% of calls. The real-time AI assistant runs on Saleso's dialer, so many floors keep the PBX for inbound calls and move outbound dialing to Saleso Live.

Is the vendor information up to date?

It is based on the material vendors publish, as of November 2026. Capabilities and prices change, so verify with each vendor and ask for a pilot on your own data.

Instead of reading about it, see it on one of your own calls.
