    01THE CONNECTION

Connect once. From there it runs itself.

No recordings to upload, nothing to switch on before a meeting starts, and no change to the way your team works today.

    YOUR CALENDAR

    Connect the calendar once

Google Calendar or Outlook. From then on meetings come in by themselves, with no recording to upload and nothing to remember to switch on.

    THE MEETING

The meeting is captured, bot or no bot

Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. It can also record from our desktop app, with no extra participant joining the meeting at all.

    WHAT COMES BACK

    It returns a full analysis

Within a minute of the meeting ending: a clean summary, a score against the stages you defined, the objections that came up and what was agreed next.

A desktop app for macOS and Windows that records the meeting from the computer itself. No extra participant joins, the customer sees nothing unusual, and you decide in advance which meetings go in for analysis and against which template.

      Nobody joins the meeting

No bot in the participant list and nothing to explain to the customer. The recording happens on the rep's computer, and the meeting looks exactly like any other.

    • 02

      You choose what goes in

An internal sync, a job interview or a personal call simply never reach analysis. Mark each meeting as you go, or set one rule and forget about it.

    • 03

Each meeting on its own template

A sales meeting is reviewed differently from onboarding or a service call. Pick a template per meeting type, and the report comes back against exactly that.

    03WHAT COMES BACK

Not a summary written from memory.A report built from the meeting itself.

Everything you get today on a phone call, you get on a video meeting too, matched to the type of meeting and to your sales process.

    WHAT'S IN THE REPORT
    1. 01

      A summary you can send

What was said, what was agreed and what stayed open. In your team's language, not in a generic template.

    2. 02

      A score against your stages

Opening, discovery, value, objection handling and close. The meeting is measured against the process you defined.

    3. 03

      The objections that came up

Price, a competitor, timing or an existing vendor. Every objection is flagged with the exact sentence it was raised in.

    4. 04

      Follow-up tasks

What was promised and what the next step is, ready for the CRM without anyone typing it in.

    5. 05

      Who spoke, and how much

The talk ratio between rep and customer, and where in the meeting the customer stopped taking part.

    6. 06

All of it reaches the CRM

The summary, the score and the tasks are written into the system you use, on the right record.

Call, meeting, follow-up.One deal, one picture.

Most deals move between channels: a first call on the phone, a demo on Zoom, then a follow-up. Saleso analyzes all of them against the same sales process, so the whole journey of the deal lives in one place.

    DEFINITION

    What is video meeting analysis?

Video meeting analysis is the automatic transcription and analysis of a Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet meeting: the system picks the meeting up from the calendar, transcribes what was said and breaks it into stages.

What comes back is not a raw transcript but a report: a summary you can send, a score against the sales stages you defined, the objections raised with the exact sentence, the rep-to-customer talk ratio and the follow-up tasks — all written back to the CRM within a minute of the meeting ending.

What we get asked about meetings.

01Is this just another meeting summarizer?

No. The summary is only the start. The meeting is scored against the sales stages you defined, with the objections raised, the talk ratio, the follow-up tasks and coaching for the rep. Exactly the analysis you get on a phone call.

02Does a bot join our meetings?

It doesn't have to. There are two ways to bring a meeting in, and in one of them nobody joins: the macOS and Windows desktop app records from the computer itself, so the participant list looks exactly like any other meeting. The app is also where you decide which meetings go in for analysis and against which template.

03Which platforms do you connect to?

Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, through Google Calendar or Outlook. You connect once, and meetings come in automatically from then on.

04Do we have to upload recordings?

No. Once the calendar is connected, meetings come in by themselves. Nothing to upload and nothing to remember before a meeting.

    05How long until there's a report?

Within a minute of the meeting ending and the recording arriving, the full report is ready and waiting.

06Is every meeting analyzed the same way?

No. A sales meeting is reviewed differently from a service meeting or an onboarding session. You define what matters for each type.

    07What about data security?

Full encryption, recordings deleted after analysis, and GDPR compliance. Your meeting data stays yours.
