Data Deletion Instructions

    1. Who this page is for

    This page explains how to request the deletion of personal data that Saleso AI Ltd ("Saleso") holds about you. It applies to anyone whose data reached us through our services, including data received through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Login and other Meta products the Saleso app is connected to.

    2. How to submit a request

    Choose either of the two ways:

    Online form (recommended): Open the deletion request form

    By email: Send an email to office@saleso.io with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

    • •The phone number or email address through which you were in contact with us
    • •The name of the business you corresponded with, if the data came through WhatsApp
    • •Whether you are requesting full deletion or the deletion of a specific kind of data

    3. What happens after the request

    • ✓We confirm receipt within 3 business days and carry out a basic identity check
    • ✓Deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving the request, and we send you a confirmation
    • ✓We also delete the data at our sub-processors, including message content and media files processed by our AI providers
    • ✓Data we are legally required to keep (for example accounting records) is retained only for the required period and used for no other purpose

    4. Data received through Meta

    If you signed in to the service with Facebook Login, you can also remove the Saleso app under "Apps and Websites" in your Facebook account settings. Removing the app stops our access to new data; a request on this page deletes what we have already stored.
